DIGNITY is seeking a Russian speaking forensic expert for a two-year project funded by the EU

 

Terms of consultancy agreement

The contract period begins 1 May 2020 and ends on 30 October 2021

Liaison of consultant: The consultant will liaise with Project Manager Valiantsina Tsikhanava.

Expected amount of consultancy days: 30

 

Primary responsibilities

We expect that you:

  • contribute to the development of curriculum and pre-post questionnaires for two trainings on the Istanbul Protocol (IP) and medico-legal documentation
  • deliver parts of two trainings on the Istanbul Protocol and medico-legal documentation
  • develop a standardised method for supervision of IP reports and provide supervision of minimum 10 draft IP reports
  •  contribute to the final project report
  • provide recommendations in ways forward by the end of the project

Qualification and skills

We expect you to have:

  • relevant education: M.D/forensic expert
  • minimum 7 years of experience on training in medico-legal documentation and the Istanbul Protocol (IP) and supervision of IP reports
  • good Russian and English oral and written communication skills
  • experience with donor reporting is an advantage
